From the INSIDE<\/span> medical team, we consider it very important to offer continuity of care to our patients when they return home after having been hospitalized for serious, debilitating or chronic diseases. Especially fragile and elderly people with limited mobility and patients with serious diseases such as cancer who may need palliative care benefit from this assistance at home.
